Multichannel advancement communications
Creative programs that engages audiences all year long
Academic and nonprofit organizations commit a lot of planning and resources to communicating with alumni, donors, and other constituents. To engage these audiences effectively, multiple touchpoints are required, across various media/channels, with compelling messages that connect with each individual.
The Noble and Greenough School is a private boarding school south of Boston. Commonly known as Nobles, the institution has a rich history dating back to 1866, with a brand recognized for academic excellence and a strong sense of community. The team at Nobles works with BCG Connect to develop a cohesive program for personalized direct marketing for its advancement communications initiatives.
This long-standing collaboration builds on new ideas with each year’s program, blending creative design with targeted messaging, while providing a consistent, positive brand experience with every project. The program covers:
1. Annual Appeals
Following a similar formula for each campaign, five targeted appeals were distributed over the course of a year, with cohesive design theming and messaging across print, email, and social media.
2. Event Communications
Nobles welcomes alumni, family, and friends back to campus throughout the year for reunions and other events. Professional, printed materials – from invitations to programs and handouts – play an important part in branding and event communication.
3. Stewardship Communications
Two direct mail recognition pieces were built into the annual plan; a thank you postcard and a personalized anniversary card.
